This requires very simple steps
1. Browse through our variety of products
2. Select the date and time of pick up and drop off for availability. (Pick ups before 12 noon, drop offs after 12 noon unless requested)
3. Once you have found what you like you can send us an email or add it to your cart for an enquiry
4. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm everything is accurate and catered for.
5. An invoice for a deposit of 30% will be sent and the items will be reserved once deposit is received
We understand that setting up event decor can be a challenge. That's why we offer optional setup and arrangement services for your convenience. During the checkout process, you can choose to add our professional setup service. Our experienced team will ensure that the decor is placed and arranged according to your preferences, saving you time and effort. This service is available for an additional fee, and you can discuss your specific requirements with our team to create a customized setup plan.
Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making a rental decision. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our location so we can show you. We do however take a lot of pride in out professionalism and execution that our products are great and the photos shown are accurate for each product.
